My favorite trend this season? Chenille! If you follow me on Instagram (@twentiesgirlstyle), this is probably obvious. Anytime I shop lately, I am always drawn to the chenille pieces…especially chenille sweaters! Not only do I think it’s the prettiest fabric, but it’s also so soft! A chenille sweater is the perfect piece for a chilly fall or winter day!

When shopping the new arrivals in the trend section at Nordstrom, I can’t help but fall in love with almost every chenille piece I see. Nordstrom always has the best selection of on trend items. With the wide variety, it’s impossible not to find something to love!

Today I am sharing not one, not two, but THREE chenille sweaters I love! All of these options are perfect for the holidays and would also make great gifts for your bestie, mom or sister!

The first sweater features two of my favorite trends in one…chenille and ruffles! This sweater comes in two gorgeous colors and I bought them both…no surprise there! This top is perfect for the holidays and would be easy to dress up with black pants or a skirt!

Sweater two comes in 4 colors and the chenille fabric adds a fun twist on this classic crewneck shape! This cutie is under $50 and is easy to dress up or down. It looks cute with your favorite denim or a pair of comfy jogger sweatpants!

Sweater three might be my favorite. This cardigan comes in 3 colors (I think I need to add the pretty pink to my closet!) and is EXTREMELY soft! It’s also pretty thick, making it the perfect alternative to a coat if you live in a climate that doesn’t get too cold! I layered this option with a long sleeve shirt and felt comfortable in 45 degree temps!

little black embroidered dress

Black Embroidered Dress // Similar Jacket, more denim jacket options here // Rebecca Minkoff Bag // QUAY Sunnies // Booties

This time of year, I am always looking for the best dresses for the holidays and this little black embroidered dress takes the cake! Whether you are looking for something to dress up or down, this cutie is perfect! I’m wearing it dressed down in these photos, with the best pair of everyday booties and a distressed denim jacket. The embroidery on this dress is even prettier in person and I love the dot mesh sleeves. This is one of my Thanksgiving contenders. I think it would be so cute with black tights and riding boots and a vest (faux fur maybe?). It also comes in a gorgeous shade of green that would be so pretty for Christmas! The best part about this little black embroidered dress? It’s only $26!

I can’t believe it’s already mid-November! Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away and Christmas will be here before we know it! If you’ve already started shopping, or are looking to get started on your list, I’ve created a holiday shop page! I plan on rounding up the best sales and gift guides for all the loved ones in your life! If there are any gift guides you are interested in seeing, please leave a comment below! If you haven’t already checked it out, I already rounded up the best Christmas PJs here!

I’ve seen a few bloggers round up their most popular items for the month and have been meaning to put mine up for some time now! These are the top sellers from Twenties Girl Style for the month of October! I plan on going into detail about what this means in an upcoming post, but for now, check out what everyones been loving!

#10. Tunic Dress

This dress is a steal! It’s under $50, perfect for fall layering and now comes in 9 colors! I own it in two colors and have started pairing it with leggings, riding boots and a cardigan for work! See how I took it from work to the weekend here.

#9 . Mules

I’ve raved about these mules SO many times! I own them in 2 colors and can’t tell you how comfortable they are! I wear them to work frequently and have no issues with sore feet after spending all day on them! Not only are they comfortable, but I own them in neutral colors so they go with everything!

8. Distressed Skinny Jeans

I LIVE in these distressed jeans! They are the most comfortable and I love the fit! They come in multiple washes and I wouldn’t mind adding all of them to my wardrobe!

 7. Striped Scarf

The colors in this scarf are fall perfection! It’s the perfect blanket scarf for the season and the best part? It’s only $26! Check out a few more ways I styled it here.

6. Over the Knee Boots

Hands down the BEST over the knee boots (find out all about why I rave about them here). They come in 3 colors and the price can’t be beat for the quality!

5. Fringe Scarf

My favorite scarf from last year is back and in more colors! This scarf is a little pricey, but so worth it! It’s so soft and high quality and I love that this neutral shade goes with everything! This would make a great gift this holiday season!

4. Tie Bell Sleeve Sweater

I own this cutie in two colors and love the ties on the bell sleeves! It’s a versatile piece that is easy to layer. See another way I styled it here.

3. Slouchy Tunic

This sweater is amazing! It’s super comfortable and warm and I love the tunic length! I’m wearing an XS for that tunic look, but recommend sizing up if you want to wear this as a dress! It comes in a few color options and I’m obsessing over the pretty purple option!

2. Block Heel Suede Booties

It’s no surprise these booties were one of the top sellers in October! They are super comfortable and easy to style AND under $100! They come in a few different options and are the perfect fall booties!

1.  Side Slit Tee

The number 1 spot goes to the ultimate tee! I own this $19 tee in multiple colors and wear it SO frequently (see a few different ways in this post). This is a closet must!!
