Fall Favorites

Happy Thursday!

Or should I say, happy ALMOST Friday??

It’s finally starting to really feel like fall around here and I’ve been pulling out some of my fall pieces to incorporate into my daily outfits. In honor of chillier weather, I am sharing some of my past fall favorite outfits. Most of these pieces are no longer available, but shop similar and identical pieces to get the look!

 Herringbone and Plaid

I have already re-created this outfit this fall! Piko/tunic dresses are currently all the rage and I am loving them for how easy they are to style! By mixing my favorite herringbone vest and a plaid scarf, It created a cozier look. I finished it off with boots and knee socks.

I wear these boots far more than any other shoe in my closet! They are ridiculously comfortable and go with anything! I love that I can wear them for work or on the weekends!

This week’s blogger of the week is Sheree of Posh Classy Mom. I have featured Sheree before as I am in love with her fresh style! These olive pants and grid top create a perfect combo, but I absolutely love that she topped it off with a pair of Valentino Rockstuds. Gorgeous!

Printed Mini

Dress: c/o Shein // Bag: Sole Society (old) – love these fringe bag options here // Hat: Roxy (old) – more floppy hat options here // Booties: BP ‘Trolley’ boots in cognac // Necklace: Bauble Bar ‘Arrowhead Pendant’ c/o //

What do you do when it’s fall and still 80 degrees?? You wear something light and breezy in fall shades of course! Just when I thought the weather was cooling down, it heats up again to the 80’s. It makes wearing fall clothing some what impossible, as layering scarfs and sweaters only makes for a sweltering day. However, the forecast is calling for dropping temps in the next few days, so maybe fall weather really is just around the corner!
You know I’m a true summer girl, so I really don’t mind the warm days! This little dress was the perfect  transition dress as it has a fun print with a good mix of cool and warm colors! I paired it with a maroon floppy hat and my all time favorite booties. I swear I wear these booties more than any other shoe in my closet! They recently just re-stocked them, so I definitely recommend getting a pair!

This week’s blogger of the week from last week’s link up is Mae of Mae Amor! I am in absolute love with Mae’s look from head to toe! She looks so chic in in printed blouse and grey mules (can I add these to my wardrobe ASAP?!). This is an outfit I will be repeating ASAP! Such a wonderful fall look, Mae!

Striped Romper

Romper: Striped Romper c/o Shein (under $15!)// Clutch: Star Mela //Ring: Kendra Scott//

Hat: Target // Booties: Sam Edelman ‘Paige’ in Putty //

Summer is coming to an end, and as excited as I am to break out my fall clothing, I’ve been soaking up the sunshine and 90 degree weather as much as possible! You all know how much of a summer girl I am. There is nothing better than throwing on a dress or romper and heading out the door. In the colder months, I spend so much time layering up, I know these warm romper days will be the days I dream of in the dead of winter!
Would you believe me if I told you this romper was under $15?! A stripe romper is almost just as classic as going with a neutral black or white, and I am excited to wear it in the early fall with a cargo jacket! For reference, I am wearing a size small.

Now that summer is quickly approaching and sunshine and warm weather are upon us, I am eagerly getting dressed in the morning. Now don’t get me wrong, I love a good pair of boots and cozy scarf like any girl, but it is SO hard to get up and get dressed in the morning in the winter knowing no matter what I put on, I am going to be cold. I am a summer girl through and through! Things are so much simpler in the summertime, including getting dressed! I can throw on light-weight pieces, not having to stress about layering up, and bright colors and sunshine are in abundance. Can you tell I am just a tad excited??

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of distressed skinnies and I hit the jackpot with these from Blank NYC! I am not sure how I have never heard about them before, but they have quickly become my favorite denim brand. The best part?? They are a total score at under $100! In fact, most of the Blank NYC  denim line is under $100! They are so comfortable, I love the wash and distressing and the fit is perfect (I ordered my typical denim size!). They have already been on repeat this past week and you can plan for them to be repeat offenders around here! I absolutely loved the laid back look of them paired with this embroidered off the shoulder top, bright clutch and wedges!
