Orange + White

Top: Stem ‘Flowy Light-weight V-Neck Tank’ (wearing a size XS) // Skirt: Topshop via Nordstrom ‘Scallop Hem Mini Skirt’ (under $50!) // Necklace: Bauble Bar // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff (on sale!) // Shoes: Dolce Vita ‘Deklon’ // Sunnies: Ray-ban ‘Erika‘ // Ring: Kendra Scott //

If you follow me on instagram (here) you have probably seen this outfit pop up one too many times. This combo has been one of my go to’s this summer as there is something so fresh about orange and white! This skirt was one of my best purchases this summer as I have worn it too many times to count. The sweet scallops make it perfect for summer and the fact that it goes with just about anything makes it a closet staple. Pairing it with orange and turquoise was an absolute no brainer as this color combo screams bohemian summertime!

This week’s blogger of the week from last week’s link-up is Katey of Two Peas in a Blog! I love Katey’s fresh summer look, pairing neon with white! I also appreciates that she gives some helpful tips for wearing neon colors…something I always need a hand with! Fun fact? Two Peas in a Blog is actually run by two identical twin sisters…Katey and Betsy (hence the name)! I can’t wait to see more by these two gorgeous sisters!

iboteak Embroidered Dress

Dress: Embroidered Tassel Dress c/o iboteak // Boots: Sam Edelman ‘Paige’ Fringed Ankle Booties in Putty Suede (one of my #nsale picks!) // Hat: Mott 50 ‘Giselle’ c/o  //
Bag: Tory Burch ‘Perry tote’ c/o // Ring: Kendra Scott //

My obsession with this iboteak dress is slightly out of control. I have turned it into a ‘wear for every occasion’ type piece and have repurposed it as a dress, top, swimsuit coverup…you name it! You know when you find a piece of clothing that’s almost too good to be true and you want to literally wear it ALL of the time?! That is this dress! It has the perfect flowy fit, gauzy lightweight fabric, embroidered detailing and to top it off…tassels! I can’t wait to wear this in the fall with black leggings and OTK boots! Eek! I am almost wishing it was cool enough to wear it like that now!

Creamsicle Dream

Dress: Topshop ‘Tile Print Sundress’ via Nordstroms // Necklace: Kendra Scott//

Clutch: Love Moschino via Asos //

Shoes: Dolce Vita // Ring: Kendra Scott // Sunnies: Ray-Ban //

Looking for an effortless sundress to wear this summer? This little orange number is a dream! I have worn this sweet dress too many times to count! The fabric is perfect for hot summer days and nights as it is so lightweight! I am also in love with the fun print and bright color that reminds me of a creamsicle.   It runs slightly large (I am wearing a small and could have gone smaller), so pairing it with a bralette is another way to style it that looks adorable! This is a dress you will be wearing all summer long!

Printed Maxi Dress

Dress: Florence Maxi c/o Antique Garden // Necklaces: Bauble Bar ‘Feather Y-Chain’ and Taudrey ‘Mini Coin Pineapple Necklace‘ c/o // Hat: Target // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff ‘Mini Mac’ // Shoes: Dolce Vita // Bracelet: Forever 21//

If you haven’t already discovered, I wear A LOT of dresses in the summer. Off the shoulder, mini, asymmetrical, you name it I’ll wear it. As of late, I’ve noticed that I’ve been drawn to maxi dresses. There is something about being able to throw on a flowy dress and head out the door that screams summer. I love layers as much as the next girl, but being able to wear one piece of clothing when it is 100 and over is extremely satisfying! I wore this dress on the morning of the 4th for running errands. The fun pattern and red, white and blue color scheme was perfect for festivities and allowed me to pair it with minimal jewelry.

Printed maxi dresses are literally the ultimate summer wardrobe! Check out all of these fantastic printed maxi options here and you are sure to find one to add to your closet!
