Little Knit Dress

There is no better spring essential than a comfy knit dress. It is a staple in my wardrobe for teaching and the weekend! It’s casual enough to be paired with sneakers and a denim jacket for Saturday errands, but easy enough to dress up a bit with espadrilles for a day at work.

This option is incredibly comfortable, made of the softest knit fabric, and I’ve never met a piece of striped clothing that I didn’t love. This cutie also comes in navy and berry, but I’ve been on a total pink kick lately and opted for this soft blush option. I love the rolled up sleeves and the tie at the waist which makes this option more flattering. I went with my regular size (XS) and love the fit, however it may be a tad short for work. I would recommend sizing up for length. I plan on ordering the navy to wear with a green cargo jacket and sneakers or espadrilles to work (yes, I’ve already planned it out!).

Happy Tuesday!

I must apologize for the lack of posts lately! I’ve had a hard time balancing both blogging and teaching this winter. I’ve always been satisfied with just sharing outfit posts, but recently I have been wanting to branch out and share more creative content. The trouble is, I’ve found myself in a creative rut this winter. If I’m being totally honest, it’s been difficult for me to even write the blog posts. I still love sharing my outfits with you, but when it comes to writing about them I feel at a loss for words. I feel excited for spring because I think a change of season is just what I need to bring a fresh perspective to Twenties Girl Style. I’ve got a few ideas rolling around in my head and I can’t wait to see where they take me. Stay tuned, friends!!

Now on to my outfit…you’ve already seen the cardigan version of this sweater. I can’t get enough of it. Of course when I saw the pullover sweater option, I knew I needed it. This cozy piece is perfect for this time of year! The sleeves add a fun touch and the nude color is a great transition color, but the chunky knit will keep you warm in the last days of winter!

One of my favorite new shoe purchases has to be these white mules. They are just $23 and SO comfortable! These are the perfect shoes for my teacher friends, and I love that I can take them from work to the weekend! Plus, you can’t beat the price!

Pom Pom Cardigan

Happy Monday friends! I’ve been a little MIA this past week, giving myself some time to start the new year fresh. It’s always difficult getting back into the swing of things after a prolonged break, so I spent last week adjusting to my schedule and planning some new content! I’ve got some best of 2017 posts coming this week and some exciting things in store for Twenties Girl Style in 2018!

Today I am sharing one of my favorite winter looks. I’ve been wearing this pom cardigan non-stop, layering it over all of my favorite tops. This cutie comes in a ton of colors and even comes in a kiddie version! The pom detailing adds a fun and unique spin to this classic cardi shape and it’s so warm! The perfect chunky knit to add to your closet this winter!

This knot front tee is one of my favorites and a must have for layering! It is currently on sale for just $18. I actually ordered a few of these because of how often I was wearing mine. It’s a great layering tee and you really can’t beat the price!

Cozy Fleece and Pom Poms

Can you believe that Christmas is just a week away? I have just about finished all of my shopping, thank goodness! I still have a few things to get and will need to brave the crowds at the stores sometime this week! Have you finished all of your shopping? PS Scroll to the end of this post for an awesome giveaway!

Last week, I shared how I stay cozy while running errands this time of year (see the post here). This cozy combo was perfect for running around town this weekend! This oversized fleece jacket is SO warm! I’ve been loving the teddy bear coat trend, and love that this one doesn’t break the bank! This pom sweater is another cozy piece that I’ve been wearing a ton! The pom pom detailing adds a fun touch and it’s so soft. It’s also currently on sale for just $30 and a is a great piece to pair with denim this winter! Both of these pieces can be dressed up or down!
