How to Style an Off the Shoulder Top This Winter

Tie Sleeve Off the Shoulder Top c/o Poshsquare // Black Jeans // Brown Booties – more sizes here, also love these // Gorjana Necklace // Rebecca Minkoff Bag // Pom Keychain // Bracelet // Ring

Just because it’s winter, doesn’t mean you can’t show a little shoulder! I can’t turn a cute off the shoulder top down and the moment I saw this cutie from Poshsquare, I knew it was the perfect piece to add to my winter wardrobe! The best part? It comes in 4 great colors, and is under $40!

While there are so many great off the shoulder sweaters this season, sometimes you don’t want the extra bulk a sweater adds. This top is great for date night or a girl’s night out. While it would be perfect with a pair of denim shorts in the summertime, pair it with dark jeans and booties for a more seasonally appropriate look this winter! Going with a fun print or fabric is also a great way to add a little interest. This one is made of the prettiest satin, but I also love a good velvet option (as seen here).

A Top for the Holidays

Happy Monday! Only 11 days until Thanksgiving! Can you believe it?

I don’t know about you, but I’ve already started thinking about what I am going to wear for the festivities. I like something cute and casual but comfortable enough to sufficiently stuff myself with delicious Thanksgiving food.

This top is a huge contender, and if I don’t wear it for Thanksgiving, it will definitely make an appearance or two around Christmas! You already know I am loving off the shoulder (still) this season, and I can’t get over the gorgeous crochet detailing. It can easily be dressed down with denim or dressed up with black pants and heels.

Casual Weekend Stripes

Is it just me, or do the weekends go by too fast??

I feel like I’m just starting to relax and it’s already time to start a new work week!

This weekend it was pretty warm. The weather is cooler, but still not cool enough to pull out my scarves and boots. Looking at the forecast for next week though and the weather is going to start to get considerably colder. Just in time for the first official day of fall this Thursday!

This striped cutie was the perfect top to bring out this weekend. I am in love with the off the shoulder and ruffle detailing. The best part though? It’s under $20! I paired it with distressed denim and it was the perfect laid-back look for Saturday!

Denim Skirt and an Off the Shoulder Top

Printed Off Shoulder Top c/o // Denim Skirt // Lace Up Sandals // Rebecca Minkoff ‘Isobel’ Hobo, obsessing over this one // Tortoiseshell Sunnies // 3 Disc Necklace c/o // Christian Paul Watch c/o

Today I am wearing a denim mini skirt and I love it.

I haven’t owned one since my middle school days when my Hollister and Abercrombie skirts were some of my most loved clothing.

I’ve been wanting to add a new denim mini to my wardrobe, and when I saw the buttons and light wash of this option, I immediately ordered it and I’ve been wearing it all summer long! One of my favorite ways to wear it is with an off the shoulder top, but is that any surprise? This adorable printed top can be worn two ways! It has straps that make it the perfect cold shoulder top, but tucking the straps in converts this cutie into a off the shoulder dream!
