 Happy Thanksgiving! 

Pardon my tardy post today! I ended up falling asleep earlier than expected last night. My kiddos definitely wore me out this week, even though it was shorter than usual! Nothing like an oncoming holiday to get a 7 year old excited! 

This outfit is definitely a contender for my Thanksgiving festivities, although I might swap out the denim and white shirt for a more forgiving dress…something that allows me to eat whatever I want (considering we have TWO Thanksgivings to attend today!). This scarf and coat will definitely keep me warm when traveling from house to house today and I love the mixture of yellow and plaid. 

Looking back at all my other Thanksgiving posts (here and here), it’s so crazy to see how far I have come and what has changed in my life…for the better! I think I put it best last year when I said…

I hope all of you are planning on getting sufficiently stuffed today and spending lots of quality time with loved ones! 

I have so many things to be thankful for, and today is a good day to count my blessings and give thanks.
With that said THANK YOU, for supporting Twenties Girl Style and reading my blog! It’s so nice to know there are actually people on the other side of my computer screen:)

This combo is one I have been wearing SO frequently lately! There is just something about plaid and stripes that makes for the perfect combo! Topped with a cargo jacket and a floppy hat, this outfit is the epitome of cozy fall apparel! This scarf is currently sold out, but check back often! This week it’s finally been chilly enough to pull out my warm coats! While this is somewhat exciting, I am not enjoying the weather that quickly went from cool to freezing. Today I had morning supervision at school and wore a sweater, scarf, vest, heavy jacket and gloves. Just another reminder that the weather will soon be this way every day and leaving the house will require layers upon layers! 

This jacket from Coffee Shop is one of my new favorites! Warm and trendy? Yes please! I am obsessed with the black and white checked print and love that it is big enough to layer under. This will definitely come in handy as the weather continues to drop! I paired it with the sweetest layered top and green skinnies. This top is one size fits all, but fits more like a small. I definitely recommend picking this one up as the quality is awesome for the price point (just $30!).
