Happy Wednesday! I have to apologize for a lack of posts lately! From being sick, to having the internet down, it’s been an interesting few weeks! We finally got our internet back up and running, but last night I got home late from work and could not keep my eyes open long enough to get a post up. Can anybody relate??
If there is a trend I am obsessing with this fall, it’s capes and ponchos! No better way to stay warm, as it’s like wearing a blanket all day only far more acceptable to wear out in public! This option from SoCal Gems is perfection. The plaid and fringe are the perfect combo!! Of course, sticking with my current theme, I paired it with stripes. But really though…is there any better pairing??

Confession. I have literally worn stripes for a week straight. Everything I have been wearing and everything I have been buying are striped. Don’t be surprised if you see stripes on the blog all week long. I am completely, 100% stripe obsessed.
What’s better than stripes? Stripes AND plaid. Duh! It’s another one of my favorite combos, and you will often find me mixing the two. This top from Love On a Hanger, has quickly become one of my favorites. I am loving this longer top trend and adore the side slit up the side of the sweet striped option. Paired with a autumn toned plaid scarf and a floppy hat, this was the perfect outfit for a walk in the park on a beautiful fall day!

I have officially pulled out my scarves and have already started wearing them with anything and everything!
