My summer vacation officially begins in 3 weeks. I am so ready for a little R&R in the summer sun! I’ve already started making plans for my time off, including a few trips and plenty of days at the lake! As a girl on the go this summer, my wardrobe will consist of lots of dresses, swimsuits and one of my new favorite trends…soft printed shorts! I’ve been eyeing all the pieces that are easy to throw on and go and are comfortable but cute enough to take me from long car rides to date night on the lake and I’ve found the BEST finds at Walmart!

The past few seasons, I have been perusing the Walmart site and finding the cutest options to update my wardrobe. I love that I can find clothing I feel good in, is flattering, and doesn’t break the bank! Walmart’s newest campaign, We Dress America, aligns with those same sentiments, offering clothing this is on trend, unique, inclusive and affordable.

The printed shorts trend is a trend I fully support…cute and comfy? Yes please! I ended up picking up multiple pairs at Walmart and have been living in them! This pair is incredibly soft and is great for lounging or traveling. I paired them with my favorite basic tee, a great denim jacket (size up for an oversized fit) and easy sandals for a weekend travel look. This weekender bag fits everything you need for a quick overnight getaway and is only $24!! For a casual date night look, I paired this belted pair with a flirty off the shoulder top and completed the look with the cutest round bag and espadrilles. These espadrilles have been one of my recent favorite purchases…they go with everything and are so comfortable!

Sharing another outfit from Mexico today! After spending all day on the beach, we would usually head back to our room and get ready for a night out on the town. The humidity made getting dressed easy. There was no need to worry about layering or bringing a jacket, and that’s saying a lot because I am ALWAYS cold! This outfit was one of my favorites, and is SO easy to re-create! A white off the shoulder top paired with printed shorts is a fun summer look for a festival, the beach or even a night out!
