Palm Print

Dress: Nordstrom // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff  // Jacket: Similar // Shoes: Tory Burch //
 Sunnies: illesteva //

The moment I saw this dress, I ordered it immediately. I mean pink and a palm print? Does it get any better? This will be my dress of summer! It’s so easy to throw on and dress up or down. I paired it with a denim jacket (that ended up around my waist because it was too hot) and gladiator sandals for a more dressed down look.

Hello friends!

I am so sorry for the inconsistent blogging lately! Honestly, it has been hard getting back into the swing of things after the wedding and honeymoon! I’ve currently been spending my days settling in to our new place, which has turned in to a gigantic disaster zone. I am such a perfectionist when it comes to setting things up and I like things in their forever home the first time I put them away. This makes for quite the mess as things are literally scattered everywhere while I decided and spend time considering where their perfect forever home should be. Give me a week and I will hopefully have everything in order! Anybody else like this?

On top of all of this, I head back to work soon, which will cause blogging inconsistency again as I settle in to a new school year. I will be spending some time working out a new blogging schedule that works well alongside work AND being a newlywed. That’s right…got to make some time for hubby too:)

This outfit has been one of my go to’s lately! I love that I can throw this little printed dress on and automatically look put together! I have been wearing my hat almost every day as well, as I find it is the perfect cover for not wearing makeup or doing my hair. Thank goodness for hat days!

Printed Maxi Dress

Dress: Florence Maxi c/o Antique Garden // Necklaces: Bauble Bar ‘Feather Y-Chain’ and Taudrey ‘Mini Coin Pineapple Necklace‘ c/o // Hat: Target // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff ‘Mini Mac’ // Shoes: Dolce Vita // Bracelet: Forever 21//

If you haven’t already discovered, I wear A LOT of dresses in the summer. Off the shoulder, mini, asymmetrical, you name it I’ll wear it. As of late, I’ve noticed that I’ve been drawn to maxi dresses. There is something about being able to throw on a flowy dress and head out the door that screams summer. I love layers as much as the next girl, but being able to wear one piece of clothing when it is 100 and over is extremely satisfying! I wore this dress on the morning of the 4th for running errands. The fun pattern and red, white and blue color scheme was perfect for festivities and allowed me to pair it with minimal jewelry.

Printed maxi dresses are literally the ultimate summer wardrobe! Check out all of these fantastic printed maxi options here and you are sure to find one to add to your closet!
