Walmart Try On: Summer Style on a Budget

Happy Monday!

Anybody else ready to watch The Bachelorette?? You better believe I will be snuggled up on the couch with a big ol’ bowl of popcorn to watch tonight’s episode unfold! In the meantime, I recently did some shopping at Walmart and found some of the cutest summer pieces! 15 Fourth of July Outfit Ideas

The 4th of July is one of my favorite days of the year. We usually spend the day on the lake, boating and swimming and then enjoy a barbecue followed by fireworks on the lake. I can’t wait! Today I’m rounding up 15 outfits that will be perfect for the 4th! Majority of these looks are low-key casual with just a hint of red, white and blue tossed in. This romper is comfy and cute and one of my current favorite colors (see how I styled it here). This romper is an effortless piece for throwing on during the summer! The color also transitions into fall…just pair it with a denim jacket or cardi and some booties!

This necklace is one of my go to’s! It completes any outfit and I love how easy it makes the layering aspect as this trio is just one necklace!

This sweatshirt is one of my most worn pieces. I own it in not one, not two, but THREE colors! It’s the ultimate light weight sweatshirt for throwing on over your swimmie after a day at the beach or wearing on a chilly summer night. This sweatshirt is under $25!!!

5. Burnout Tee

I re-posted this tee from last year when I found it on sale. I actually ended up ordering it in white too because I love this tee so much. I really like the unique neckline and how comfortable it is. You can pair it with denim for a night out or wear it with leggings while lounging around the house!

4. Peplum Tee

I own this peplum tee in a few colors and wear it frequently. It is definitely one of my closet staples. The yellow is currently on sale (under $25!) with a few other seasonal colors, but get the neutrals any time at under $40!

3. Cutoff Denim Shorts

I love a good pair of distressed denim cutoffs and was excited to discover these. They do run a bit small…I ended up ordering 1 size up, and even read reviews of others ordering 2 sizes up, so know this before shopping! But for $50, you can’t beat these! A great light-wash and just the right amount of distressing makes these your new fave summer shorts!

2. One Shoulder One Piece Swimsuit and 1. Palm Print Kimono

The number 1 and 2 top sellers go hand in hand. This suit, or the 2nd top seller of the month, is SO flattering on! While there are very limited sizes available in this print, this style comes in a few different colors and is currently on sale for just $20! The number 1 seller is this amazing palm printed kimono! At under $20, this kimono is a total steal! Great quality and a price tag that can’t be beat! Wear it over your favorite denim cutoffs and tee or as a swimsuit cover up!
