Even though it is FREEZING outside, spring is creeping in to my wardrobe. Is there anything happier than a bright yellow coat and fun colored tassels? Paired together, makes for an outfit that might just tide me over until spring time. It also makes for the perfect birthday outfit on this chilly February day!

This little bag was a birthday present to myself. I am OBSESSED with the bright tassels and the fact that it is the perfect size. If this style isn’t for you, check out other options below, like the fabulous clutch. This will definitely make the perfect bag to transition into warmer weather!

Stripes + a Camel Vest

Top: American Eagle, similar here and here // Vest: c/o Shein // Pants: Similar here and here // Shoes: Steve Madden ‘Eleanorr’ // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff ‘Regan’ //

Confession time. I clearly cannot stop wearing my white denim this winter, as documented here and here. It’s easy to wear and goes with just about anything, making it easy for these to be one of the first pieces I grab when getting dressed.

I love a great striped shirt, so it was a no-brainer to pair it with my favorite pair of white jeans. This camel vest was the perfect addition to top off the look. It’s such a fun piece and I love the way it flows. The best part? It’s only $15…a total steal!! I definitely recommend adding this little number into your wardrobe to throw in to your winter mix!

Faux Fur Vest

Top: Madewell, similar here and here // Vest: Chicwish // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Pants: DSTLD // Boots: Sold Out, similar here and here //

I’ve had this vest for over a year now and it continues to be one of my favorite winter pieces. I’ve been sticking to very basic outfits lately as it is has been SO cold, and neutral colors are easy to layer up! Black jeans and a chambray top can literally be paired with anything, so it was a no brainer to throw this faux fur vest on top! Add a pop of color (this red bag has been on repeat this winter!) and some black booties to complete an easy, chic weekend look!

Happy Tuesday!

I’m coming off of a long and relaxing 3 day weekend and ready to take on the short work week! I don’t get many lazy days, and yesterday I decided to stay in comfy clothes, not do my hair or makeup and spend the day watching Netflix. Sometimes days like this…especially when it is frigid outside…can be totally blissful. Anybody else enjoy a day like this?

An all black ensemble is one of the easiest outfits for the winter time. Anybody else struggle with dressing on those chilly days, where really all you are after is warmth? Black skinnies and a black long sleeve are so easy to accessorize! One of my favorite ways to accessorize? Pairing it with a colorful coat. I love this option because it sticks with neutral tones, but definitely pulls the outfit together!
