Another day, another fuzzy sweater. If you saw my post last week, you know I’m currently obsessed with fuzzy sweaters. It’s such a feminine way to stay cozy when the temperature drops!
The moment I saw this blush option, I knew I had to add it to my winter wardrobe, and let me tell you, I am SO glad that I did! This sweater, appropriately named the Dream sweater, is just about the softest thing I have ever worn. I love a good blush piece, and this one is even prettier in person (it also comes in a gorgeous powder blue and chartreuse!). It’s a versatile piece and I’ve already gotten my fair share of wear out of it, pairing it with everything from jeans, overalls, skirts and knotted over dresses.
Have you added a fuzzy sweater to your wardrobe this winter?
If you’ve followed me for awhile, you know I am just a little obsessed with overalls. That’s why the moment I saw this pinafore dress, I had to have it! It’s such a fun piece to add to your fall wardrobe as you can wear it now and easily transition it as the seasons change! I have been SO excited to see this trend make it’s way into fall fashion! While browsing the Nordstrom site, I noticed pinafores in different fabrics and patterns throughout the new arrivals section. They are ALWAYS on top of the latest trends and I will definitely be adding a few more pinafores to my wardrobe this season thanks to Nordstrom (obsessing over this embroidered option and this unique velvet pick).
Today I wanted to share TWO ways to wear a pinafore dress. This classic denim option is a perfect way to bring the trend into you fall wardrobe. I promise this is a piece you will get a ton of wear out of!
Look 1 – This is an easy way to style a pinafore for work in the fall! A basic striped tee (this one is only $20!) and a pair of booties makes for a cute and easy outfit that is also the perfect base for layering when the weather gets cooler. In late fall, I would definitely pair this with tights, riding boots a scarf and cardigan!
Look 2 – A pinafore can be a perfect laid back piece for the weekend! Pair it with some sneakers and a cozy sweater or sweatshirt for an effortless throw on and go look. This sweatshirt is SO comfortable and ridiculously soft. I also can’t get enough of those oversized sleeves!
February is just about over and I am rounding up some of my favorite instagram posts from this month! Check out more @twentiesgirlstyle!
These overalls are one of my wardrobe staples, and have been for a few years! Thinking about doing a How to Wear Overalls series this month!
Layered essentials. This tank is the BEST ever. I definitely plan on picking it up in a few more colors!
Weekend wear! This tassel top is the cutest (I got an XS and it fits perfectly). You also may recognize these shoes…I have them in taupe and couldn’t turn down this pretty blush pink! I found an almost identical version for just $25 that comes in a variety of gorgeous colors!
Valentine’s date night attire!
Booties, sweaters and cozy scarfs have been on repeat! This sweater is on sale for $28 and is a closet must have!
Pretty pastels to take me into spring!
I picked this tee up for just $10 and am obsessed! Despite the website saying it is orange, it is clearly the perfect shade of mauve-y pink!
